CPL Executive Search has been retained as the exclusive search and selection (recruitment) company to look for an interim operations manager to implement an existing plan of easy fixes, to clear bottlenecks and improve capacity utilisation, in a protein processing facility. Someone with plenty of energy who can project-manage and has experience of operations and preferably experience of running a factory. The project is expected to last for 3-6 months.
